Every MAX Cotton Boxer is manufactured using our light-weight and highly elastic cotton-elasthane. Cotton requires no introduction. It stands among the most widely used fibers for clothing and holds a traditional role in men's underwear. But we have selected a fabric that is very light-weight, getting as close to microfiber as you can get in cotton. Additionally Spandex has been blended in to ensure that it always adapts to your body's shape. - Fully supportive Waistband
