This sweater is the best of all worlds, when the collar is down, it looks like a great duotone hoodie with drawstrings and everything, but if it gets extra cold, or you want to hide your neck for some reason, bring the collar up to wear as a turtleneck style sweater with leather buckles to hold it closed and in place.
